Quality policy

GRUPO CETECK was established in 2005. In the town of Rafelbuñol.

It is a company specialized in Telecommunications. It has a human and technical team of proven professionalism and experience that will always provide an optimal solution to your needs, acquiring a commitment to quality in all its services.

The QUALITY POLICY that is intended to be followed with the Quality Management System is the following:

  • 1.- Ensure that all products and services offered meet customer expectations.
  • 2.- Improve processes and increase productivity and profitability, eliminating non-quality costs.
  • 3.- Facilitate staff training, encourage participatory behavior and increase the responsibility of all company staff to ensure quality internally.
  • 4.- Improve relationships with our customers and suppliers, providing the necessary confidence to ensure quality externally
  • 5.- Facilitate the use of materials and processes that guarantee the safety and health of personnel, environmental protection and energy savings
  • 6.- Improve our competitive position through quality work in a systematic way. All GRUPO CETECK personnel must adhere to the principles of this policy and they, as well as our customers and suppliers, are encouraged to provide suggestions that help us improve the Quality Management System and its results. The GRUPO CETECK Management also undertakes to review said system according to the principles of continuous improvement and to provide the necessary means for its evolution.
